This is a beautiful double story holiday house. It has everything that you need for a perfect getaway holiday.
3 bedrooms all en-suite, one room has 1 queen bed, a room with twin beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds, 2 lounges, one with a bar area and one with a wood fireplace, an open plan kitchen, scullery, double garage, and pool table. Large garden with swimming pool (no safety net).
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900.00 is due regardless of the length of stay.
- A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
- The jacuzzi in the picture is NOT available to guests.
- Regretfully no children under the age of 10.
- Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
- No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed without parents. - Note that this home is not suitable for Parties as it is in a quiet suburb.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
