Pink Palace
Pink Palace is situated on the Sea front in Sandbaai and in walking distance from the Sandbaai beach. It has a relaxing atmosphere, the ideal getaway home to escape from the rat race. It has the most amazing awesome 180 degree sunrise and sunset views.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
This fully-equipped self-catering house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists a lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
