The design of this home strikes a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor space, providing sea and mountain views, the generously proportioned living areas offer a perfect gathering space for friends and family.
Seaside Serenity is located in Voelklip, a charming coastal suburb with superb beaches. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short walk to the Lagoon and Grotto Beach, which is great for long walks or 15 minutes to Voelklip beach for a day in the sea, sun and sand. If you are in the mood for shopping or a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is not far away.
The characterful village of Stanford is a ten minute drive with numerous wine farms and restaurants to visit.
Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend time in town exploring the many boutiques, art galleries, open air
markets, coffee shops and restaurants.
For more adventure you can drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley.
There is plenty to see and do, ensuring you are creating lasting memories during your stay.
Seaside Serenity consist of an open plan living and kitchen area. An outside built-in braai/BBQ area.
The bed layout are as follows
Main bedroom en suite with queen bed
2nd bedroom en suite has two single beds
Downstairs en suite has a queen bed
Second bedroom two single beds snd shares a bathroom with a single bedroom
There are 4 bathrooms in total
Secure parking for 3/4 cars behind automatic gate.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1200 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
