An excellent location in Onrus within walking distance to the famous Blue Flag Onrus Beach you will find this Little piece of heaven which is a spacious family holiday home overlooking the Onrus lagoon.
Onrus is a perfect holiday destination for those that are wanting to enjoy the beach and the child-friendly lagoon which is warmer than the sea, This gem is where families can relax whilst enjoying the fresh air, sun, sea and sand.
Onrus has the most breath taking views and is surrounded by the mountains of the Cape Overberg, this is a perfect destination for an outdoor holiday. There are a number of walking, hiking, horse riding and cycling trails within close proximity to Onrus.
Upstairs has an sunny open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen.
Sliding doors opening up on a balcony/patio with a built-in braai/BBQ. with mountain and lagoon views.
Upstairs: Bedroom one has a queen bed with and ensuite, shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom 3 (study) has a double bed and a single bed. One shared bathroom with a separate guest toilet
Downstairs has an open plan living area with a small kitchenette. A sliding door onto the swimming pool deck There are stairs going down to the river bank where there is another hang out braai area.
Downstairs: Bedroom one has 2 double beds, Bedroom 2 has a double beds and a set on bunkbeds. The living area has a double bed. Downstairs bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1100 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.
This is a time for family to get together which means quality time with NO electronics

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
