This cozy, comfortable pet friendly family home is centrally situated in the Hermanus suburb of Onrus River. The house is within easy walking distance from the Davies tidal pool and the famous Onrus Beach and coastal walkway. It is a short drive from the local little shopping center, which offers a doctor’s consulting rooms, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, a liquor store, a small supermarket and a pub.
Onrus River is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus proper and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants and a movie theatre.
There is plenty of off-street parking on the property.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900.00 is due regardless of the length of stay.
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matrics or undergraduate students allowed.
The house consists of a open plan living areas. Inside fireplace. There is a built-in braai under roof on stoep in the lovely garden with garden furniture. The house has wheelchair access. Enough parking space in the shade.

Bedroom one has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a three quarter bed
The flatlet has 2 single beds
The 1st bathroom has a bath, basin, toilet
The 2nd bathroom has shower inside the bath, basin, toilet

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
