Westcliff Rentals
11 Westcliff is situated on the Cliff paths of Hermanus in the Overberg, South Africa. It is an Old Colonial style building, with doors that open to the beautiful ocean views of Walker bay. There are phenomenal mountain views in the backdrop encompassing the bay. The house is opposite and a stroll away from an alcove, and with its calming water it is an attraction for the Southern wright whales. Often sighted or heard blowing at night as they laze in the bay. 11 Westcliff was voted in the London Times as “one of the top 20 best views in the world”
The main house has an elegant feel. With tall ceilings, high windows and teak floors. The house has an encompassing natural light, with a flow of champagne air breezing through.
It is a welcoming spacious area which can be used as your home away from home.
Self catering guests staying in the apartments can make use of the house and pool area.
European breakfast is out- sourced and will be provided on request at an extra cost. Facilities are provided in the dining area for drinks, coffee & tea, as well as for the warming up of food. Alternatively visit some of the lovely restaurants Hermanus has to offer. The house is not a licensed establishment, however you are welcome to bring your own and enjoy the bar area, with some soft background music while looking over the ocean.
All rooms are sea facing.
Suites
Rooms 7 & 8 are perfect for a special occasion. Both are spacious rooms, with lounge areas. Both have King size beds with on suite baths and showers. Spacious balconies with phenomenal sea views as well as views of the Hermanus town sitting on the cliffs.

Deluxe rooms
There are 4 deluxe rooms to choose from from. Room 9 & 10 are situated above the pool area,
with spacious balconies and stunning sea views.
Room 1 is on the ground floor, with doors that open onto the pool area, and sea views from the patio.
Room 6 is situated upstairs, definitely a more private setting, with a spacious balcony looking over stunning sea views. All rooms have 2 twin beds and an on-suite bath and shower.

Room 2 is on the ground floor with doors opening up onto the pool area. With sea views from the patio. It has 2 twin beds with an on- suite shower and bath.

Please note that rooms 9,10,1 & 2 have a separate entrance, which makes it perfect for a family stay or function.
The Apartment
Has sea views and a lovely garden area leading to the cliff paths. It is spacious and has a nice flow and feeling about it.
Caters for 2 or 4 people- priced accordingly.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with an on-suite shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom has both a bath and shower. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen for self catering, with the exception of a dishwasher. There is a washing machine as well as a weber. The kitchen, dinning & lounge area all
Open plan. Towels are supplied for short stays only. There is a linen and quick clean weekly for long stays.
