La Haven
Escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. La Haven is located in Sandbaai, a charming coastal town walking distance from Fynbos edged Sandbaai beaches. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities, within a short 15-minute drive to the famous Onrus Beach for a day of fun either in the sea or lagoon, a tranquil walk on the coastal paths, head up the Hemel en Aarde Valley to one of the wine farms or into Hermanus town 10mins away for a delicious sea view meal. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is a 7 minute drive or one can just relax and unwind at La Haven listening to the crashing waves, birds in the garden while enjoying a braai.
You are welcome to bring along your four legged family member with the limit of two small to medium doggies.
La Haven consists of an open plan living and kitchen area, which has sliding doors opening onto the stoep with a built-in braai entertainment area. The entertainment area overlooks the garden and jungle gym.
UPSTAIRS: Main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with a full shared bathroom inbetween.
DOWNSTAIRS: One bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed en-suite which has a sliding door opening onto the stoep and garden.
There are 2 bathrooms in total.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakage deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
