Booking condition:

Minimum two nights.  Easter and Long weekends minimum stay of 3 nights.  Peak season between 15 December and 15 January minimum stay of 14 nights

Cancellation policy:

No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
