This lovely cottage in the Lagoon Edge Estate just outside Hermanus, offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 guests & is a beautiful getaway just 135kms from Cape Town. 7km away from restaurants, shops & popular attractions. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, singletons or business users . There is a lovely lagoon for water sports, play park for the kids with trampoline, sandpit and jungle gym, also a stunning swimming pool and tennis courts.

39 Fairmont Crescent has a lounge with sliding doors opening onto the patio with outdoor furniture, built in braai/BBQ overlooking the lagoon. The open plan kitchen has a doorway onto a back patio with outdoor furniture and a relatively private garden with spectacular mountain views. There is also a portable braai/BBQ.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom consists of a double bed with full en-suite bathroom.
Another double bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom.
There is a full family bathroom.
All linen and towels are supplied, except swimming/beach towels.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R900 is due regardless of the length of the stay.
A breakages deposit of R2000 which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
No more than 6 occupants can be accommodated.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 Penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE THAT MAY DISTURB NEIGHBOURS. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN 22H00 AND 09H00.
Note that this house is not suitable for parties as it is a quiet resort.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
