This lovely cottage in the Lagoon Edge Estate just outside Hermanus, offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 guests & is a beautiful getaway just 135kms from Cape Town. 7km away from restaurants, shops & popular attractions. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, singletons or business users . There is a lovely lagoon for water sports, play park for the kids with trampoline, sandpit and jungle gym, also a stunning swimming pool and tennis courts.

39 On Fairmont has and lounge with sliding doors opening up onto the patio with a built in braai/BBQ, there is outside furniture. The open plan kitchen has a back door opening onto the garden with spectacular mountain views

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom consist of a queen bed with a a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds and a shared bathroom with bedroom two.

A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.

Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.

NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISES THAT MAY DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN 21H30 AND 09H30. Note that this home is not suitable for Parties as it is in a quiet suburb.
