This Luxury home is 20m away from the ocean with the most beautiful ocean views. One hears the waves crash and smell the sea from the bedroom. Sit on the patio and watch the sun rise and sunset and look for whales in season. This is the ideal getaway for the family or you to unwind or even entertain. This lovely open plan double storey home is spacious, secure and has a large garden with braai/bbq area.
Bietou street is situated in the heart of Vermont, close to a nature reserve and in a quiet Cul-de-sac. There is a beautiful cliff path which one can walk and enjoy the fresh air. There is a secluded small beach 8 min walking distance away from home on the cliff path and Onrus beach which is perfect for children, surfers and other water sports. Onrus beach has lovely beach restaurants is about 2 km away.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs and another flat downstairs with a separate TV room.
The Main Bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and sliding doors which opens onto a patio. This room has an Extra length King size bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, double basin and heated towel rail)
The 2nd Bedroom also has ocean views. This large room has a King size bed with lots of cupboards space.
The 3rd Bedroom has views of the garden. This room is ideal for children as it has a bunk bed. The bottom bed is a Double size and the top a Single extra length. These two rooms share a bathroom which has a bath and a shower.
The downstairs flat has 2 x 3/4 size beds with an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bath and heated towel rail. This room has a sliding door which opens onto the front garden. There is a separate TV/lounge area with a single bed and a cot if required. There is also a TV in this lounge area.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1200 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
- A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
