The SUNBIRD SUITE is elegantly furnished and decorated.
It is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus proper and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants and a movie theatre.
Sunbird prouds itself on its beautiful and lush garden. Relax with a sundowner in the garden where the abundance of flowers, fynbos, palm trees and ferns attrack hundreds of birds daily. The Cape Sugerbird is in a constant battle with other sunbirds for the sweet nectar to be found all over the garden, certainly a bird’s paradise.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.
Sunbird Suite has 2 double and 2 single beds sleeping 6 in total. It has two bathrooms with both shower and bath, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful garden and patio with barbeque facilities. Off street parking on the premises is provided.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
