Sea Breeze
It is a real old style holiday house with lots of atmosphere. The house is located on the “Onrust Island” close to the beach – 350m from beach and 90m from the sea in front of house. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the beach with the Milkwood Restaurant and Beach Bistro.
The lagoon is perfect for small children to play and swim or kayaking. It is perfect for people with children. The upper bedroom/balcony braai area has 360° views.
First floor balcony has a braai on a stand overlooking the sea and beautiful sunsets. On the ground floor is a braai in the TV room in the sunny private back garden.
This house has 4 bedrooms (two with double beds) and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each,
4 bathrooms (1 with a bath & 3 with showers, 4 WC’s)
Lounge, Dining Room, Sun/TV Room, Kitchen, no tumble drier but washing lines available.
Pool table and dart board in double garage
Fishing rods available if required. Go Cart for kids to use in quiet road with slight hill. Synergy 3 seater kayak for cray fishing or fishing or just rowing available. One roofed carport available - other ample parking on lawn.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
- A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
