A home away from home, but with no hustle and bustle at all. Fully equipped with fresh linen, bath towels, cutlery, everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Please bring your own swimming towels.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers open plan living with a lovely flow throughout the home. Lounge sliding doors open up onto a partially covered deck with a built in braai. Overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves. Sea and mountain views.
The home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main level. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has its own entrance and bathroom.
This home offers many extras such as a separate scullery, games/entertainment area downstairs, an outdoor shower, a hot tub and a large enclosed garden
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1200.00 is due regardless of the length of stay.
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Regretfully no pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISES THAT MAY DISTURB THE NEIGBOURS. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY BETWEEN 21H30 AND 09H30.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
