Hermanus Vista
Hermanus Vista is a Luxurious self-catering home, architecturally designed with comfort in mind. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Grotto Beach and Voelklip Beach in Hermanus. There are also restaurants located nearby. Guests can enjoy hiking and fishing nearby, or make the most of the outdoor patio with pool views. Grotto beach is a 7-minute walk from the house, while Kammabaai Beach is half a kilometer away. The nearest airport is Cape Town International, 109.4 km from the accommodation.
Hermanus Vista features a solar heated swimming pool, sunny decks and balconies with sea and mountain views. The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a spacious pool deck, an enclosed braai, outdoor and indoor dining, a TV lounges, a separate games room with its own selected DSTV channels, a kids jungle gym, and a fireplace. The house is also equipped with books and games. The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge, and basic cleaning materials. Guests also have access to parking.
Upstairs bedrooms.
The Main bedroom has a King bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a sea view balcony. The second bedroom contain 4 single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs bedrooms
One bedroom contains a double bed, and has access to a shared en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and one bedroom is ideal for children, and contains 2 single beds, and has access to a shared en-suite bathroom. There are 5 and a half bathrooms which 4 are en-suite.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1100 is charged.
- A breakages deposit of R 4000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
The house has an inverter that operates as follows: All lights and plugs will work in the house and outside the kid's lounge, while the following will not work during load-shedding....pool pump, stove, geysers, kettle, hairdryers or any other high load appliances. Please do not try and use any of the high-load appliances as they will trip the inverter.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
