This well-decorated, fully-furnished, airy and sunny townhouse is situated on the border of Vermont and Onrus in a quiet, secure complex. This bright home is ideal for couples or groups of mature friends (up to a maximum of 4 people) who are looking for a break away whether for a weekend or longer (minimum 2-night stay required with 3-night minimum over holiday weekends).
The local shopping center is five minute’s walk away and Hermanus is a 10 minute drive. The ocean front and coastal path is 10 minute’s walk away with a large saltpan two minutes’ walk from the house. There are a number of local restaurants within easy walking distance of the house.
The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan and situated upstairs with the lounge opening out onto a sunny stoep with comfortable seating, a separate eating area, a built-in braai and mountain views. There is a wood burner if the weather turns cold.
There is a fully operational solar system providing power during load shedding
The kitchen has a large American-style double fridge for use as well as a dishwasher, air-fryer and coffee machine
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room also provides access to a private balcony facing the front of the property with mountain views.
Situated downstairs is a full bathroom (shower and bath) and two other bedrooms, both with queen size beds
There is full access to the sheltered and private garden with an outdoor (hot and cold water) shower, braai pit and small Kolkol hot or cold-water pool.
Access to the single, remotely-controlled opening garage is from the hallway where the washing machine, tumble dryer and small bar fridge are situated There is a further allocated parking space in the complex.
A one off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly NO Smoking at all allowed at this property even in outside areas
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.
No pets are permitted under any circumstances.

Booking Terms
Booking terms:
Your 50% deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival. All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us. NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. A once off payment for post-clean and laundry fee is due.
Terms and Conditions:
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
No cancellations less than 3 months prior to arrival in peak season, and 2 months in off-peak and shoulder
season, or forfeit whole deposit.
Cancellations longer in advance: forfeit 20% of the deposit amount.
In case of closure of beaches, restaurants, bars and / or any other tourist attractions as well as the ban on alcohol sales, the cancellation policy is appropriate as usual. Only in case of travel ban between provinces will the cancellation policy be exceeded.
